Water Sport
In the warm season "Zittauer Gebirge" is a paradis for water sport friends. The "Olbersdorfer See"(lake) had been created
in the year 2001. This happend on the occasion oft he "Landesgartenschau" (Garden Festival of Saxony). In the past it
used tob e a brown coal opencast pit and now it ist he centrum of water sport.
All your wishes will come true at the "Olbersdorfer See". You can do all kind of water sports, like swimming, sailing,
surfing, rowing and you even diving in the lake. It is a phantastic place to be activ or to relaxe at the nice white
sandy beach. You are able to find a surf and diving school around the corner.
